Great location to where I needed to be. Really appreciated that the host got the unit so cool before I arrived on a warm day. The place is very cozy and quiet. Would definitely rent this space again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and cosy, with everything needed. The bed was soooo comfy that I slept like a baby. There're a few restaurants, shops and coffee shop walkable distance, and it's an easy drive to everything else. Christopher was a great and responsive host. If we're back in the area, we'll definitively stay here again and I recommend this place without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which made it easy to relax, and we loved how close it was to downtown and the waterfront—just a quick trip to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. One of our favorite features was the fully fenced-in yard, which was perfect for enjoying some time outside with our son and dog. The space was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a smooth, easy stay. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay in Shelburne thanks to Chris! He was a very accommodating host and kept a quaint 1 bedroom of a multi unit house. It was very walkable to many great restaurants in the area, and especially walkable to the Shelburne Museum where we visited during the day and saw a concert at night. Walking home was infinitely easier than trying to drive away with the couple other thousand people. The unit itself was spacious for 2 and as described. Perfectly clean and just what we needed for our weekend stay. So quiet at night we wouldn't have guessed we were sharing the house with other units. Couldn't recommend more for a weekend escape. Lots to do in Shelburne and that much more a short drive away in Burlington. Would most certainly return in the future!

We had a great stay at Chris's place. It was very comfortable and the location is great. We contacted Chris about a very small problem and he took care it it right away, at a time that was convenient for us. We appreciated his responsiveness.

We quickly felt right at home in Chris's place. There was plenty of space for our things, comfortable furnishings, and everything we could possibly need conveniently arranged. Chris is an attentive host who cares about detail and we would be happy to stay there again!

It was very clean and comfortable. Nice selection of toiletries and kitchen things (utensils, etc.). The A/C worked well. Finally, the hosts were very helpful with all questions. It has the pros and cons of an in-town location. There is a nice small grocery store and a few restaurants within a five minute walk. There is also a certain amount of traffic noise during the day.

Incredible spot! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and little shops, very close to fun Shelbourne things like the farm and just a few minutes drive from Burlington. Very clean, comfy bed and space, well set up. Honestly, we weren't sure where we'd be exactly as this was a last minute booking, but we were delighted. As an apartment in an older home, just note that the AC struggles a bit on hot days, though in the end it was okay for us. Other than that, it was pretty perfect for two people.

Perfect little place for a couple! Cute, clean and in a great location walkable to everything. Nice to have our own place vs stay in a crowded family home. Will definitely stay again!

Chris was a phenomenal host! He was responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. His place was just as described - the perfect spot right in downtown Shelburne. It is extremely walkable and despite being in the heart of Shelburne so peaceful. I never heard any street noise or really anything besides a chirping bird. Highly recommend!
